Just a short welcome to the audience (maybe brief information about Chopin) and introduce the pianist, then at the end to thank everyone for coming. When the recital ended, the pianist just bowed and walked off the stage, and everyone just sat for a couple of minutes because we weren't sure if it was over. So having some sort of host would help. But still, it was an enjoyable evening, and I recommend it.”
